EM Learning is set up recently for a simple reason i.e. to raise the standard of both technical and customer services not just for EM Services but also for the general FM industry.
The industry is undergoing major structural changes driven by digitalization through technologies such as internet of things (IOTs), big data, artificial intelligence etc. There is a crying need to continually upgrade ourselves with the right skills and competencies to manage our smart assets and properties.
Conventional full time pre-employment training is inadequate in this fast changing environment. EM Learning is leveraging on technologies to provide lifelong and on-demand learning.
