Mission Complete! We have all gotten it right together!
We began the series of training for Key Business Functions Approach (KBFA) training on 29 May 2019.
Mr Leong, the subject matter expert and Head of Department, kicked off the session with a short introduction on the approaches, functions and flowchart of the KBFA. The trainer, Mr Hsu Jung Cheng, elaborated further by going into the various processes and the essence of KBF1: Administrative, Secretariat & Compliance Services and how it affects Township operations.
Through the session, learners from various business units were able to develop a better understanding of the other job roles, obtain the best work practices and be confident to share their experiences in their work.
