A veteran engineer with more than 25 years of real estate industry experience under his belt, Mark has broad exposure and experience in the areas of property, project, facilities-related services and corporate services functions within the financial sector.
Prior to joining EM Learning, he was the Chief Executive Officer of International Facilities Management Association - Singapore Chapter (SIFMA), and has been supporting its activities since 01 July 2019. During his tenure, he oversaw and promoted membership across South East Asia and worked closely with the relevant authorities and regulators, promoting and advancing the Facilities Management industry for higher recognition and as a management profession of choice.
In 2015, He was the Director of Facilities Management at Raffles Quay Asset Management (RQAM). RQAM manages One Raffles Quay (ORQ) and Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) and he was responsible for the operations, and management of approximately 4.5 million square feet of Grade-A office and retail spaces over the four-year period.
Before RQAM, he was the Director of Administration, Société Générale Corporate Investment Banking for seven years and a Regional Head, Corporate Services with Société Générale Bank & Trust for eight years.
Karen charts the Service Excellence Roadmap for the Parent Company and its subsidaries. She has professional experience in Hospitality and Service Excellence.
